Osechi “7-sun 3-tier” and “8-sun 3-tier” are frozen using a proton freezer. They will keep for about one month if frozen, and can be defrosted naturally and enjoyed as is.

It can be defrosted in time for family and relatives to gather, so it is not eaten only on New Year’s Day, as is the case with refrigerated Osechi, which has a short shelf life. We do not use ingredients that “only look good, but there is nothing to actually eat. Osechi “Shichisun San-dan” and “Hachisun San-dan” are comparable to “Nama Osechi” and can be enjoyed fresh and tasty.
