As a frozen food professional, Ryoho Freeze Systems has been conducting daily freezing experiments in test kitchens since its establishment in 1999.

We have also developed a business selling frozen restaurants and frozen prepared foods, and have accumulated experience in the challenges and innovations in the operation of commercial kitchens.

Based on these experiences and achievements, we have named our kitchen in Nara “Seishin Kitchen” as our base for research and development of frozen foods.

We conduct freezing and thawing experiments tailored to our customers’ products, and share our know-how within the group to the benefit of our customers.

Furthermore, we are challenging the next generation of kitchens in the restaurant industry by manufacturing frozen foods on an OEM basis for top chefs.
